With Acuity CrimeWeb information already collected by the dispatchers automatically flows into the incident reporting system. All incidents that are due reports are automatically assigned to the reporting officer and set up for the officer to begin his/her reports. Completed reports are verified against departmental reporting requirements and forwarded to a supervisor for review.

Acuity Case Management System:

The Acuity Case Management System allows detective supervisors to review preliminary investigation reports entered by patrol officers and decide whether to assign them for further investigation or file the cases. Cases assigned for further investigation have available additional tools to help the investigator with the work and allows the supervisor to keep track of all pending cases while managing the workload of investigators.
