Continuing Excellence in the operation of three wastewater treatment plants and a regional surface water treatment plant.
High customer satisfaction.
Leading role in protecting municipal interest during electric deregulation.
Leading role in major water rights lawsuit in attempt to protect the right of municipalities to discharge treated water into the State's watercourses.
Initiation of major wastewater reuse program.

Outstanding municipal utility award for Community-Owned Utilities in recognition of significant improvements to their water, wastewater, and electrical utilities.
