The following information is a general description of the information that is offered in each Table. The accuracy and precision of this data is limited and should be used for informational/planning purposes only. This data does not replace information gained through formal Public Information Requests nor does it constitute an "official" verification of zoning, land use category, or other classification set forth in local, state or federal regulatory processes.
Residential Permit Application Status: This table allows the viewer to determine the date a residential permit application was submitted and check on the estimated completion date of that permit. This data is archived so history of permits received can be retrieved also.
Commercial Permit Application Status: This table allows the viewer to determine the date a commercial permit application was submitted and check on the estimated completion date of that permit. This data is archived so history of permits received can be retrieved also.
Single-Family Residential Permits Issued: These tables indicate the number of Single Family Residential Permits that were issued per month from 1990 through the present.
Population Estimates: These tables indicate the population estimates within the City Limits of Georgetown, based on the number of new residential permits issued, single-family and multi-family.
