Issue Types - Tall Weeds & Grass
Weeds or grass are a violation of City Ordinance (8.20.0100) if they are taller than six (6) inches on a developed lot or twelve (12) inches on an undeveloped lot. Property owners are required to keep all areas from their property line to the curb free from tall weeds, grass, brush, or objectionable or unsightly vegetation.
Definitions:
- Developed lot: a lot is considered "developed" if it holds a structure or building.
